Ophelia Wolf

Ophelia Wolf is  the author of Gods & Angels, an ongoing fantasy series about a young woman navigating the growing pains of grief, trauma, and adulthood. The series, which has sold over 5,600 copies, explores themes of resilience, identity, and the power of connection in the face of loss. Growing up in the French and German theater world, Ophelia’s first love was acting, which she pursued while getting a philosophy degree at King’s College London. She then soon moved into directing and started getting hired out of college as a director and an assistant director by large opera companies such as Deutsche Oper Berlin and The Metropolitan Opera House. She was the youngest person to receive the Juilliard Opera Directing Fellowship, and the first person to receive it two years in a row. Ophelia directed a variety of opera productions across the United States and Europe, before receiving her MFA in Film and TV Production from USC. She has been working as a writer and director since. She is currently writing the final installment of the Gods & Angels trilogy.
