Josh Oaktree

Josh Oaktree is the founder and managing director of Oak Tree Comics, an independent children's book publisher where imagination meets environmentalism. He is the author of the young reader series Art & Oakie Ask and the middle-grade books Thorn the Unicorn and The Weird Animal Hour. Before founding Oak Tree Comics, Josh received his MFA in screenwriting from the American Film Institute. Originally from Philly, Josh now lives in sunny Los Angeles where he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the great outdoors.
