Jimmie Gilmer holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Cal State LA's Prison Graduation Initiative. After coming home in 2024, Jimmie was hired by The RightWay Foundation to serve as the Lead Job Developer in Los Angeles. Jimmie brings both passion and purpose to his work and is dedicated to empowering young adults - particularly foster youth - by connecting them with employment opportunities, mental health resources, and the tools they need to thrive in their communities.
